ELASTIC SOFT EVA ABRASIVE BLOCKS
EVA海绵砂块是以EVA为底材,具有一定弹性，外表涂布一层矿砂,具有弹性,且可以干湿两用,借以磨削各类金属和木制品,用于家具制造，汽车修理，金属除锈,因本身具有贮水功能，可减少冲水排屑工作量，在注塑行业能起到事半功倍的效果。它能处理注塑产品表面的滑痕，毛边，还可用抛光. 也能对不同产品任意弧度进行打磨。海绵磨块在保持了传统水砂纸所具有的功能外，还克服了水砂纸所有的缺点，使打磨产品时劳动强度大幅度降低，磨削效率成倍提高，同等消耗成本费用较低，使用寿命长。
Character : EVA abrasive blocks, with the character of elasticity and water absorption are made of EVA , coated with abrasive ( aluminium oxide or silicon carbide ) , they can be used both in wet or dry way in furniture manufacturing , garage repairing to grind and polish rusts on all sorts of metals , woodwares, and to remove the rough selvedge of the plastics . It is the excellent substitution of waterproof abrasive paper .
